Plus it has to be one of the tidiest cities too, with the palm tree-lined footpaths and coordinating signs along the main street for all the hotels.
The whole city feels like an extension of Disneyland. But costs can soon add up with some of the big Disney park tourist traps. You can absolutely keep costs down on accommodation though.
There is an abundance of places to eat, things to do and of course, accommodation on every corner!
It’s not hard to get overwhelmed by choices when it comes to choosing an Anaheim hotel for your Disneyland trip.
As the name suggests, this hotel is located right at the entrance to the Disneyland parks, so there is no need for transport costs during your stay.
The resort itself is popular for families, with large family-sized rooms, fantastic resort facilities and on-site restaurants. Most notable is the water park and pool area which kids LOVE! Waterslides and water play areas that will keep the kids cool in the warmer months when they aren’t spending their time at Disneyland!
Located around a 12 minute walk from the Disneyland parks, Hyatt House offers a convenient location with quality facilities and family rooms. There is a swimming pool, restaurants and it is situated above a Walgreens, with plenty of dining options nearby also.

There is definitely no shortage of accommodation in Anaheim, particularly near the Disneyland resort area.
If you don’t mind the walk, there are plenty of options that are close enough for a 10-20 minute stroll to the parks, with it being completely flat the whole way. There are plenty of places to eat along the way too.
Alternatively, there are buses and theme park shuttles available all around Anaheim also if you would rather save your legs for your time at the parks instead.
