Snapshot Story Sunday 2

Thanks to everyone who linked up for our first link up. it was wonderful to see your photos and hear your stories. And for those of you who are here for the first time, firstly welcome and let us tell you what #SnapshotStory Sunday is all about:

Every travel snapshot has a story to tell and sometimes those stories get lost until you flip back through a photo album or digital folder full of your travel snapshots. Or worse… lost forever because you simply never shared them!

Each week we will share one of our favourite travel photos that has a great story to tell and share that story with our readers. It may be about a really awesome travel moment we had, a unique experience, or form part of a funny memory.

Here is our snapshot for the week:

Things to do at Changi Airport with Kids

Last year we took a family holiday to Vietnam and flew with Singapore Airlines, which meant a few hours to spend at Changi Airport during transit each way. Luckily there is always lots of things to do with kids at Changi Airport, as this was Lily’s first international holiday.

We put the Butterfly House high on our list of must do things at Changi Airport, having fond memories from our last stopover to the airport when it was just the two of us.

Lily was 14 months old at the time and had never been up close with a butterfly. She was delighted to see all the different coloured butterflies flying around the Butterfly House, landing on the bright flowers and sometimes on us.

Our fun at Changi Airport was a travel adventure in itself.

Welcome to #SnapshotStory Link Up. This is where YOU get to share the story behind your favourite snapshots. Think of it as an opportunity to give those favourite photos an opportunity to be the star!

    1. It’s such a wonderful stop over option. We have otherwise done Malaysia and it had a bit to offer too but no where to the extent of Singapore. Actually next trip we are thinking of turning our stop over into a mini break to see the whole city.

    1. I think its in terminal 3. All the best stuff is there. Like the koi pond as well maybe. Still plenty we haven’t explored at Changi but the butterflies are usually our first stop 🙂
